Internship – 6 months

Should you be a student and attracted by a 6-month internship in retail management, then this opportunity might just fit with your aspirations!
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BY
- Contributing to the New Retail transformation (pay-by-link, click from store, ship from store, mobile POS, client e-card…)
- Implementing consistently services strategy throughout our retail network, to optimize client experience and boutique productivity
- Participating to projects meetings and preparation (project status, minutes, action plan follow up)
- Supporting projects implementation via the production of required documentation (e.g. : training materials and user guide) and the tracking of results or feedbacks
- Documenting Return of Experience, Analyzing and suggesting relevant adjustments
- Maintaining a comprehensive project portfolio (ID cards, global roadmap…)
ABOUT YOU
- You are currently studying to obtain a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or sales and looking for a final internship
- You demonstrate solid communication and analytical skills. You are autonomous, organized and have a problem-solving mindset
- Your feel at ease with a multicultural environment or show flexibility and adaptability
- You speak fluent English and French
- Any experience in the watchmaking or luxury industry is a plus
