In this role you will be responsible (for the French part of Switzerland) for growing retail sales through excellence in Client Journey Management (In-Store).

You will be executing retail concepts by door and implementation of day-to-day retail operations and you will be responsible for managing key accounts & retailer.

Main Accountabilities

Team Leadership

  • Motivate and care for the team to increase engagement and loyalty to the brand
  • Recruit new BAs and introduce them to the brand, ensuring all new members get the necessary welcome documentation
  • Liaise with training department to ensure best possible training for BAs. Support training in preparing the sessions
  • Identify coaching needs for each BA and coaches each team member to ensure La Prairie service standards are followed
  • Ensure BAs perform Art of Perfection at counter, sets KPIs and targets to increase sales and level of Service
  • Strive to increase ritual sales & IPT/ATS with each BA
  • Ensure grooming guidelines are implemented and maintained by all team members

Retail Operations

  • Implement and follow up on the marketing calendar and retail plan per POS. Propose improvements taking advantage of business opportunities.
  • Ensure stock suitable levels of saleable items and testers at all POS
  • Implement and follow up on SD/VM projects, ensuring brand image and VM guidelines
  • Prepares, implements and maintains planograms as submitted and agreed
  • Update counter tools and ensure they are used correctly (i.e. iPad, customer materials)
  • Communicate store specifics to design team to create optimal designs for new installations
  • Ensure visual exchanges are executed in a timely manner
  • Support team with installation report of new fixture
  • Responsible for execution of Outposts and animations

Business Intelligence

  • Submits monthly reports, detailing retail sales, best practice and monthly highlights and shop floor activities
  • Develops and maintains relationships with store management

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in Retail Industry
  • Strong people management skills
  • Sales & Retail experience
  • Strong CRM mindset
  • Understands luxury and its clients
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Cares about people
  • Willing to travel min 50% of the time
  • Fluent in French and English
