What are our expectations?

Within the International Retail Performance department, you will support the development and implementation of key Retail Operations initiatives while contributing to the operational excellence of our retail teams.

You will ensure consistency betweend business needs and IT solutions as well as the integration and alignment of our Maison’s commercial strategy.

You will collaborate with cross functional teams to support projects impacting Retail Operations and act as the main liaison for Retail on the planning and deployment of large scale projects such as new SAP and OMS.

Furthermore, you will support regions and markets in the development of their Retail Operations roadmap by being the point of reference on topics related to operating systems and procedures, payment methods, client orders (OMS).
