Job Description

  • Support fundraising by completing RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across various private market asset classes;
  • Liaise with program managers, investment teams, legal, risk, controlling, compliance, relationship managers as well as other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data;
  • Prepare white papers, market commentary and other writing pieces around private markets;
  • Provide regular updates and quality control of the content stored in the RFP tool in collaboration with subject-matter experts, investment specialists and program managers;
  • Establish effective working relationships with other team members in Switzerland and LGT CP colleagues globally;
  • Provide proof reading support;
  • Take on other ad hoc or project work when delegated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, communications, economics, finance or similar subject;
  • CAIA, CFA or other relevant professional qualification is beneficial;
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in a similar role in asset management, ideally with focus on alternative investments;
  • Highly numerate, able to manipulate data and produce sound analysis by synthesizing complex information;
  • Hard working, self-starter/proactive and goal oriented;
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral skills;
  • Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a deadline driven environment;
  • Team oriented and focused on achieving team excellence;
  • Skilled user of standard MS Office applications and interest in new digital tools and systems.
