IntroductionOn behalf of an international organization based in Lausanne, we are searching for aSales & Administration Coordinator 50%-60% - 6 months assignmentDescription De La Mission
  • You track and support Programs and market development focusing on emerging economies
  • You assist in developing new projects focused on client’s capabilities building and business transformation in emerging economies
  • You contribute in the establishment of a common action plan to stimulate sales and growth
  • You work closely with the regions while organsing events and any sales oriented actions
  • You analyse client’s data and help in developing new market opportunities
  • You follow-up the Learning Journeys implementations for key strategic clients
  • You answer clients’ requests for costumized solutions and learning journeys
  • You manage accounts and contact profiles in Salesforce tool
Profil Attendu
  • At least 4-5 years work experience in administration/sales administration within an international environment
  • Strong experience in working with clients virtually and face to face
  • Experience in working with foreign countries is an asset
  • Fluent in English
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiples priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-focused
  • Available in January 2023 for a maternity-leave replacement
