Let’s talk about the role!

As Altra’s Sales Analyst Intern, you will play an important role in elevating the reports offering to top management and sales managers. You will set up and coordinate the sell out analysis for Altra’s biggest accounts across EMEA, consolidating data and p roducing weekly reports.

You will also help the sales team to grow Altra brand by keeping monitored the marketplace in terms of discounts, promotions, key styles performances, using dedicated software. Ultimately you will be fundamental in keeping all SAP and Masterdata settings updated.

How you will make the difference

Be an important link between Altra EMEA, the headquarter and the local sales organizations as well as the marketing, product, customer service, IT and supply chain department.

Coordinate the sell-out reporting for top customers in EMEA, from the set up of a common template, to the consolidation of data and the production of reports for management team.

Use a dedicated software to monitor the retail prices that Altra customers are offering online. You will give an overview to management team of the marketplace conditions and performances of Altra key styles.

Provide support for sales campaign setup and execution with ad hoc business analysis and reporting.

Keep the seasonal linelist, shared with different department, updated to reflect most recent changes made by product team.

Ensure data quality, data accuracy and proper maintenance of all the reporting tools.

How you will make the difference

University Degree or equivalent, preferred economics, statistics or management engineering (student status or being fresh graduated (not before than in 2022) is required).

Preferably some experience in similar roles.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong data management skills.

Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills.

You will be a high energy, goal oriented and driven individual who is great at getting things done!
