Barilla Switzerland AG wants to recruit a Sales Analytics & Demand Planning Professional (f_m_d) based in Baar, close to Zurich. The individual will report to the Trade Marketing Manager Switzerland.

Job Purpose

In this position you are responsible for all volume-related topics: collection, aggregation, analysis and alignment of planned volumes with the Key Account Management. Also you will provide input for demand planning and controlling, preparing and sharing all relevant information via reports to the management team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Preparation and interpretation of volume forecast as well as analyzing and preparation of adhoc analysis
  • Creation of reports for the management team for the whole region
  • Providing and aligning volumes for the budget planning
  • Preparation and analyzation of all volume related data for the forecast
  • Close cooperation and support of the sales team in volume planning
  • Weekly meetings with the sales department
  • Close coordination with the production planning in Italy
  • Continuously improve preciseness of Demand Planning through process optimization and implementation
Your Profile
  • University degree in economics or business with a major in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance or an equivalent field
  • First working experience in the field of demand planning, supply chain, sales analytics or finance
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with conceptual and perspective thinking
  • Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel, SAP experience is considered a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and good German language skills
  • High degree of autonomy, proactive, service-oriented, engaged and team-oriented
