Your field of responsibility

Join us to develop & distribute investment strategies with a purpose, aligned with the Credit Suisse House View and a strong focus on sustainability. As member of the IS&P Wealth Funds Business Development & Client Coverage team, you will actively contribute to build up further our global distribution unit. You’ll bring in your unique skill set and interest in setting up new marketing material production processes and investment solutions communications combined with your sales and revenue management experience that will help us to us shape the growth DNA of the team, bringing current AuM of USD 5bn to the next level.

Your skills and experience

We value Swiss army knife versatility and are open to different backgrounds in terms of main field of subject matter expertise. Given the main responsibilities, core expertise in COO/finance functions is preferred, while adjacent competences in investment fund and marketing topics are very helpful too.
  • You have a conceptual and analytical approach with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude combined with a self-starting, but collaborative approach
  • You like to develop and build up new sales tracking and reporting tools from scratch while showing solid analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy paired with project management methodologies
  • Experience in any of the following areas are preferred Trailer and/or fund fee calculations, investment flows tracking or AuM/Revenue calculation models
  • You have further an interest in setting up new sales material production processes and models in close collaboration with existing internal stakeholders across the bank
  • Work experience in the field of COO/finance and/or sales management within a bank is clear plus
  • Ideally experience in evaluating and managing investment fund reporting’s too
  • With an entrepreneurial mentality, you have a clear eye for setting priorities and return on investment
  • Fluency English is a must. German or any other additional languages are an asset for the role
  • Academic background within finance preferred but not a must
