Job description, responsibilities, and duties

• NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Career changers welcome.
• The goal of this paid trainee program is to hire you as a full-time sales assistant for our programs. You will be taught basic level sales skills and reach out to potential clients to make them excited about working with us.
• You’ll be representing and managing the company profile over multiple social media platforms.
• You’ll be ongoingly taught new skills, take on new responsibilities and grow with the company.
• You need to be confident in writing English and german to our clients in an articulate and professional manner.

• We are looking for motivated individuals who don’t need constant supervision.
• We are looking for people who want to be part of a growing movement, who are excited about health, fitness, and changing people’s lives for the better.

Requirements

• English- fluent (professional and error-free written expression).
• German - advantageous.
• You need to learn extremely fast and be 100% coachable.
• Strong communication skills and a well-developed sense of empathy.
• Basic understanding of fitness.
• Motivated team player.
• Being organized, accurate and able to work intuitively.
• Standard computer skills, the more advanced the better.
• Full training will be provided but previous experience in sales, acquisition and administration is advantageous.
