We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you.The JobIn this important and rewarding role, the Sales Contract Specialist will see that sold equipment is delivered on time to the site for rigging and installation, revenue and cost are booked, and invoices are created.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review received purchase orders / contracts based on internal guidelines
  • Entering sales orders information into our SAP system based on pre-booked orders
  • Preparing and sending correspondence and invoices to the customers
  • Coordinate backlog activities (purchase orders, delivery schedule, etc) according to contractual terms and coordinate with necessary internal resources, in order to ensure the delivery of VMS/SHS equipment to the customer site in the most efficient manner within the agreed timescales
  • Close collaboration with Project Management, Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Organize and initiate the transportation of the equipment
  • Full responsibility for sales orders to comply with VMS/SHS procedures/compliance rules and facilitate the HQ approval process
  • Control and approve company external supplier’s and subcontractor’s invoices
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & AttributesESSENTIAL (minimum requirements, for interview):
  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent education.
  • Experience gained by work experience in sales support, processing orders, administration or similar roles
  • Understanding of international shipping and transportation regulations
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Good skills in project coordination activities (from order receipt to delivery and acceptance)
  • Experience in a customer focused role

  • Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is welcome
  • Good team player, open minded and initiative
  • Independent and Pro-Active working attitude
DESIRABLE (not Essential, But Highly Advantageous)
  • Knowledge/ Experience with MS Office Applications and SAP
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Having experience in lean management
