In this role you ensure the best in class customer experience in joint project work and daily operations. You will report to the Director Global Key Account Management and be part of the Global Hearing Instrument Wholesale organization.
Your tasks
- Coordination and management of launch activities for global key accounts
- Regular contact with customers and handling of resulting customer inquiries - requests and questions, customer correspondence in English and German
- Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders
- Regular exchange with internal contacts to ensure high quality customer service
- Meeting management including preparation of all relevant documents such as agenda, briefing documents and presentations
- Internal and external project management and coordination
- Administrative support of the Global Key Account Team
- Continuous improvement of internal processes
- Analysis of internal and external situations and factors for the preparation of business scenarios
- Preparation of decisions
- Leading and facilitating internal meetings and workshops
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or adequate education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an international context, experience in a sales environment in a similar position is a strong advantage
- Ability to analyze issues, make decisions and solve problems, as well as the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas inside and outside the organization
- Independent, adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international and agile environment
- Open-minded, motivated and dynamic person who is assertive and confident in dealing with people
- Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Fluent command of English and German, both written and spoken
