Your responsibilities:

• Sales back-office management (reception and follow-up of orders, sales proposals, stock management, invoicing, answering all customer enquieries)
• Process and follow-up of orders from our Swiss boutiques and Wholesalers
• Support of the Sales Operations Manager, Head of Sales and Head of Retail in all administrative matters
• Organise and manage of various administrative tasks
• Closely collaborate with all business departments
• Correspondence in French and German mandatory

Your profile:

• You have ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• You graduated a CFC
• You have strong skills on SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• You are fluent in English, French and German
