We are a premium denim brand based with our EMEA headquarter in Mendrisio, Switzerland.

We are growing and expanding our business.

We would like to add to our team a Sales Country Manager DACH.

What will be the primary accountabilities of this position?

Applying to this position:

  • You will have an overall responsibility for achieving 7FAM sales targets and continuous monitoring all responsible areas in cooperation with the 7fam partner agencies (focusing DACH).
  • Support the brand in achieving sales targets, direct responsibility for selling to customers located in assigned area
  • Responsibility for sales agents target and results
  • Selling campaign: update workbooks with cancellations and pricing; in charge of substituting cancelled items; analyse order intake performance. Liaison with CS, for reorders and day by day activity
  • Provide to the wholesale director information on markets providing regular reports
  • Definition and implementation of a seasonal go-to-market strategy and management of the seasonal, annual and long-term planning process.
  • Strategic further development of the business model - also taking into account franchise, depot & concession structures.
  • Expansion of long-term trade-related and strategic business partnerships with customers and agencies.

This person will report to the head of Wholesale in Europe.

We are looking for a motivated professional, with a good knowledge of the DACH area, fluent in German and in English, available to travel, with a proven sustainable sales successs in the fashion and lifestyle industry, with an high level of persuasion and enthusiasm as a salesperson and above average communication skills, networker and consulting skills, Analytical Mindset and an independent, flexible and structured way of working.
