Main Activities

The Sales & Distribution IT Project Manager carries out cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives to serve the strategy and business needs of the Maison in order to improve its operations, agility and responsiveness in all sales & distribution domains.

The Sales & Distribution IT Project Manager act as the Brand Project Manager and represents the Maison’s interests towards Richemont on the different projects he is involved.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement Projects
  • Design high level organization and identify major changes required
  • Prepare the transformation with stakeholders (managers and teams)
  • Bring rationality
  • Define in more detail the design, missions, operating modes in a co-construction and collaboration mode
  • Define the tools, support the redesign of processes
  • Integrate, evaluate, test and adjust
  • Communicate, inform, stakeholders about the project and initiate decision-making process, carry out iterative loops and co-define actions if necessary
  • Act as the link between the Group IT and the Maison Operations.
Support
  • Support topics can cover all aspects of the supply chain, from pricing topics ‘till the sales to end clients
  • Understand the current distribution flows in place in order to act as a first level of support for Key users throughout the Organization.
  • Use of the ticketing tool to answer business requests
  • Help key-users
  • Document / Train Key-users
  • Provide guidance to write Business requirements
  • Coordinate Tests /Releases
  • Analyze recurrent problems and provide solutions using current template in place or new evolutions
  • Analyze / extract data from systems depending on needs

Profile

Engineer degree / Master in engineering or similar

Experience in the consulting industry and /or experience in major strategic project in international organizations

Know-How & Technical Skills

  • Management of strategic projects
  • Change Management
  • SAP – Distribution modules
  • International Distribution flows
  • Knowledge of Richemont distribution organization and Gemini projects
  • MS Office
  • Fluent French and English
  • Willing to travel up to 30% working time
