For a dynamic company active in the production and supply of high quality special steel shapes, we are searching for a:

Sales Engineer

Mission

Reporting to the CTO, lead and coordinate projects related to customer inquiries and orders.

Main responsibilities

manage technically demanding accounts;
provide technical support to sales team;
provide technical support to customers;
support business development by identifying market segments of interests for company’s products & technologies;
coordinate Purchasing / Sales / Manufacturing departments to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded;
enrich skills and know-how of products, technologies and market by allocating time to offline training (hands-on experience, visits to steel mills) and online trainings (webinars, reading & researching, online course).

Knowledge and experience

bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
at least 1 year experience in multinational companies, preferably in in production companies;
good knowledge of Auto CAD and CAD Draftsight;
good knowledge of MS Excel;
very good spoken and written English (C1);
very good spoken and written German or French (C1);
good spoken and written Italian (B2).
