Position
In this exciting role you will take commercial responsibility for the German and Eastern European markets. You will utilize your new business development and account management skills to expand Hoffmann Neopac’s incremental revenue and achieve profitable volume growth for their cosmetics and beauty division. This position offers a great deal of freedom to increase Hoffmann Neopac’s market share within your region and to work closely with the global leadership and manufacturing teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Commercial responsibility for German and Eastern European markets.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement a strategic sales actions plan.
- Research assigned markets to identify and pursue potential customers and leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage and close new and repeat business opportunities.
- Continuously follow current trends of European cosmetics & beauty industry and build up corresponding network to decision makers.
- Generate suggestions for improving processes, develop innovative approaches and ideas; present ideas and information in a manner that gets internal and external stake holders to “buy-in”.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar such as ‘Fachhochschulabschluss’ in Business or Marketing (preferred).
- Strong track record in new business development, account management and/or project management within the cosmetics & beauty or packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, tenacious, ability to convince and ‘close the deal’.
- Proactive behavior, taking initiative, ‘hands-on’ approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50%.
- EU/Swiss citizenship with valid driver’s license
