Uster consistently brings outstanding and innovative new products to the market, thanks to our dedicated global teams in Switzerland, US, Israel, China, Turkey, India, and Japan.

To increase the worldwide sales activities for digital-enabled services and value selling over the full customer lifecycles, we are looking for a proactive person.

Tasks
  • Customer acquisition for Uster Quality Expert and new Services
  • Presales and negotiations with potential customers
  • Value-based outcome selling, overcoming (business) objections
  • Closing Sales, renewing subscriptions and avoid churn
  • Aggregate customer feedback out of sales discussions to further inform the continuous services exploration of the Digital business team
Requirements
  • Textile studies (Bachelor’s, Master’s) or textile-technical education
  • Experience in textile industry, especially spinning
  • Strong affinity with digitalization in the textile industry
  • Experience in software and services sales
  • Business fluent in English, good knowledge of German, other languages would be an advantage
