For one of our clients in the watchmaking industry based in Geneva, we are looking for a bilingual English/German Sales Manager (M/W).

Your responsibilities:

Making regular visits to existing customers, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Develop and grow the business in prospecting new customers
Define standards and objectives with our different customers respecting Management’s guidelines and oversee operations to ensure efficiency in sales
Monitor the stores KPIs of the dedicated areas
Ensure our clients’ satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services
Identify operational issues and suggest solutions for improvement
Provide weekly reports to the Swiss Market Director
Collect monthly sell-out reports from the retailers
Responsible for set up and activation of promotions
Present opportunities for new partnerships, ideas and innovations
Responsible for the merchandising in the POS
Ensure regular training to sales staff
Manage activities related to sales administration and back office (watch offers, events and promotions, exchange proposals, etc.)

Your profile:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the watchmaking industry
Bachelor in Business Administration, Retail management or relevant field
Good analytical skills and understanding of performance evaluation metrics
Mastery of an ERP system and good command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Fluent in German or Swiss German with a good level of English. French is a plus.
1 day mandatory presence in Geneva and ready to travel 4 days a week within the dedicated area
Ability to provide excellent customer service and sales results
Great interpersonal and communication skills
