The Role:

You will be directly responsible for the long-term strategic growth of the brand within Central Switzerland territory & EEC territories (Poland, Hungary, Czechia & Slovakia) together with the Senior Sales Director.

You will be looking after development of account base and sales budgets within the territory, while executing on brand strategy.

We’re looking for someone who will be able to build strong relationships with Business Partners and Buying Managers of defined accounts in specific territory. You will be able to take the lead and support local teams accordingly to meet territory and country goals.

Your Impact:

  • Supports the strategic plan for the market and manages the achievement of the country sales plan and key business goals across the designated areas of responsibility; through effectively implementing, managing and driving sales.
  • Drive service excellence.
  • Execute the strategic direction within specific country.
  • To develop and to control the sales of provided account base within specific country in line with the brand building guidelines and support the development of the entire country account base.
  • Execution and preparation, of the seasonal product forecasts for own accounts and support for the entire country.
  • Develop the profitability of the business with all accounts, manage and collate sales information through to the Senior Sales Director.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategic marketing requirements are executed, including key priorities are focused and executed on time and in plan.
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors and others. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Strong Sales/Marketing Experience
  • Proven substantial sales management experience
  • Footwear experience is advantageous
  • Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
  • Good understanding of fashion landscape.
  • Proven track record in brand management and successful sales development
  • Valid full driving license
