We are looking for our future Leaders! Join Mars Switzerland in the region of Jura as a Sales Representative today and develop through real & fast-tracked roles the capabilities of a leader of tomorrow.

This position reports to the Field Force Manager for the Mars Multisales cluster market Switzerland.

What are we looking for?
  • Eager to start a career in sales to quickly evolve into the role of e.g. a Key Account Manager
  • Master’s degree or successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship with first experience in Sales
  • High learning agility, advanced analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in French and German and very good English skills
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a lot of drive and passion for Sales
  • Willingness to relocate
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Advising our customers and selling of our leader products in Petcare, Confectionery and Food
  • Active pre-selling of special offers as well as new products
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Securing product availability at the point of sales
  • Regular activities at point of sales e.g. remodeling of shelf, exhibitions
