Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Business Unit / Immunology department, based in our hub in Bulle, Switzerland, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Sales Representative.The Sales Representative will cover the French-speaking part (Romandie)of Switzerland, as well as inthe cantons of Bern, or Basel-StadtandBasel-Land.As a Sales Representative, you will reinforce our team.With positivity and engagement, you inform office and clinic-based health care providing specialists about the benefits of our innovative products and establish relevant projects for our solutions and therapy approaches.You like to work in an environment where you can:
  • Be part of a very collaborative team who works towards a common goal: improving patient’s life.
  • Be responsible for the assigned target groups of specialists in the area, clinics, specialists’ staff, as well as specialist clinical centers settled in the domain.
  • Organize and execute events for the relevant products in cooperation with the Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL).
You Will Contribute By
  • Building and strengthening the network within the Dermatology therapeutic area in the French-speaking part (Romandie) of Switzerland, as well as in the cantons of Bern, or Basel-Stadt and Basel-Land.
  • Ensuring the implementation of defined activities in accordance with central strategic plans.
  • Establishing UCB as valued partner in the immunology area in close collaboration with Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL).
  • Using an omni-channel approach (face to face & digital) contacting health care providing specialist.
  • Overseeing the periodical reporting for the Regional Manager (Ecosystem Lead) and documentation in the CRM system.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:
  • You have passed a medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience within medical and clinical external services in relation to scientific products, ideally in biology or immunology.
  • You have great and convincing communication abilities, confidence, and assertiveness.
  • You show a high level of personal responsibility, integrity, and discretion.
  • You are a team player and appreciate working in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in French and German (a must). English is a plus.
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office.
