Main Scope

In this fascinating position you function as a consultant and enabler of your partners; therefore, your responsibility lies in the construction of the, in the UK already existing and successful, BizApps concept in Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
  • Active Sales, incl. campaigns, cross- and upselling
  • Partner recruitment and maintenance of relationships with partners
  • Consulting and enabling partners in handling BizApps through trainings and business plans
  • Collaborating with general Sales and the Marketing department
  • Managing BizApps product/services pipeline
  • Operate in a large business matrix

Your Profile
  • BA in an area related to Economics or IT (or equivalent)
  • Professional experience in Sales as an advantage
  • (Swiss) German as mother tongue, proficient in (technical) English (B2 or higher) & proficient in French (B2 or higher) necessary
  • CH driving license
  • Experience with ERP and CRM as well as with the creation & implementation of business plans
  • Solution-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality with an analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a large willingness to learn
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent working method
  • Refined and articulated presence at partner meetings
  • Experience with Cloud Services as an advantage
