We are looking for a senior

Sales Specialist Consulting Microsoft Business Applications (D365) to engage with our strategic International and global clients ensuring that we maximize the value of their digital transformation investments in our the Business Apps/D365 cloud solutions. This is a highly visible position that require a dynamic and visionary personality who can influence both customer leaders and Microsoft’s cross-functional teams to enable the desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the consulting sales relationship with the assigned client(s) for Business Apps/D365: Builds and maintains close relationships with senior business and technology leaders to develop and sign transformative digital engagements.
  • Develops and leads the consulting sales motions for Business Applications/D365 in alignment with the overall account strategy: Orchestrates the consulting virtual-team to ensure focused engagement activities aligned with client priorities.
  • Leads and orchestrates the consulting v-team including Microsoft Partners for high client satisfaction: Is accountable for the end to end sales cycle, and acts as a role model for selling digital transformation in the given industry. Works closely with our services partners for Business Applations/D365.
  • Meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining deal management excellence: Execute sales excellence and discipline in pipeline management, client sponsorship, and engagement impact.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English
  • Business Fluent in German
Preferred Qualifications
  • MSc degree or local equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience with exposure to business, digital, engineering, and/or information technolog
  • Optional: French - Conversational.
  • Consulting, business, and sales background, with Microsoft Business Applications/D365-related experience.
  • Industry expertise by having experience in transformational ERP, CRM, Client Insight etc. projects; i.e. previous leadership or innovation role inside a company of a given industry, previous consulting and sales engagements, speaker at industry conferences, etc.
  • Sales experience of business and digital consulting and/or professional services for Microsoft Business Applications/D365.
  • Strong communication skills; both in writing and verbally. Public speaking experience is a plus.
  • Good affinity for the impact of cloud computing in digital transformation projects.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Preferred work location is Kanton Zürich.
