    Our client is an international company.

    Job Description

    Your main missions consist of.
    • Support the internal consultants on their ramp-up on Salesforce Service Cloud.
    • Be the point of contact between Client Relationship consultants and the Salesforce teams to identify and understand the client customizing.
    • Support and guide in the organization of the training documentation
    • Participate with the consultants to the daily support


    The Successful Applicant

    • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience on Salesforce Service Cloud
    • You are Salesforce Service Cloud certified.
    • You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages is a plus)
    • You are business oriented. Knowledge of the Client Service environment is a plus.
    • You have a capacity to learn and investigate transverse business flows with a strong analytical, problem solving skills and organization skills
    • You are autonomous, service-oriented & user-focused
