CONTEXT

Cartier is looking into establishing a Centre of Excellence around some key business critical platforms and technologies that support our operations and go to market. The Salesforce Platform Architect plays a key role in the Maison in supporting the key initiatives and products implemented on the Salesforce Platform.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• You will be directly in charge of taking design and implementation choices that fundamentally impact the technology roadmap of the Cartier Salesforce landscape.
• With your vision and advises you will integrate the broader transformation of our client facing initiatives.
• Monitor, discover and experiment new solutions and technology to solve business and technical needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform, working on integrations and executing data migration
• A minimum of 2 years of experience creating technical architecture for global and complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementations of end-to-end enterprise software projects
• Must have minimum overall working experience of more than 7 years in relevant roles
• Must hold at least 2-3 relevant Salesforce official certifications

SEEN AS AN ADVANTAGE

• Strong background in Cloud Computing with specific focus on solution design at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
• High familiarity with following programming languages APEX, Visual Force, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE
• Strong work ethic, resilient mindset and customer “obsession” are seen as assets.
• Proven ability to build strong work relationships in order to create a positive team environment
• Predisposition to problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset are seen as advantages in the position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral) both in English and in French
