Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Impact: In this role, you will:

• Assist clients in the implementation, and production support of SAP extended warehouse management to help the client to efficiently manage inventory in the warehouse and for supporting processing of goods movement. It allows the company to control their warehouse inbound and outbound processes and movement of goods in the warehouse
• Support our clients in introducing SAP EWM and other warehousing tools to their organization and bringing more transparency into governance process execution and data quality management
• Consult our clients on SAP EWM migration and deployment options, be knowledgeable in various SAP EWM deployment options from stand-alone to side-car to embedded in S/4HANA versions,as well as roadmap differences between releases and new innovations
• Analyze business processes and their corresponding requirements and find the best implementation option in SAP EWM and surrounding system components (S/4HANA, local warehouse solutions), including the work on configuration, functional solutioning and specifications for custom developments, testing, training, hypercare and incidents, and change requests
• Use your knowledge and experience on design, build and test of integration solutions between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA across all phases of an SAP implementation project (design, build, test, document, release and maintain)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced SAP EWM consultant with deep expertise in the implementation of SAP EWM as a stand-alone or an embedded version in S/4HANA
• Min. 3 years of experience in SAP consulting with at least 1 successfully completed full-lifecycle SAP ERP Implementation project
• Experience from at least one successful SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Very good communication skills (verbal and written) in German and English
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience or knowledge in applying agile project delivery methods, e.g. Scrum, SAFe
• Experience in leading people or teams in an SAP implementation / project setting
