SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Application Engineer

Job content

• Further develop IT HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, Aconso, Solique, PeopleCockpit Inolution).
• Hold responsible for the release & problem management of these systems.
• Concept, develop & implement processes & tools in the context of the entire HR process chain.
• Perceive the interfaces between the HR department & the development team.
• Ensure the stable operation & further development of HR applications & interfaces (incident & problem management, 2nd level support, documentation).
• Create process documentation & test plans & test implemented changes or new developments.
• Provide advice & support for people & organizations in application & process handling in the context of HR digitization.
  

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in SAP Application Engineering.
• A strong technical knowledge of & experience in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM (PA-OM-PY) as well as the interaction of these systems.
  

• Completed relevant University Degree.
• Committed, a quick comprehension, a networked way of thinking & both solution & service-oriented.
• A team player with very good communication skills.
• Fluent English & business proficient German language skills are a mandatory requirement.
