Are you an experienced and specialised SAP Success Factors Architect?

Have you worked on large integration projects with Employee Central and Variable pay, with some HCM knowledge?

Have you worked with remote teams on global SAP HR implementations? The focus of this position is very specialised, so if you feel your experience matches this challenge, we want to hear from you.

As a solution architect, you will provide and manage the integration specifications of Compensation and Variable Pay into the EC landscape, working with teams in payroll, HCM. You will be the functional owner VP and ensure the correct mapping of data models.

You will build, test and deliver this integration between SF and other global and local HR and non-HR systems so strong communication skills, documentation as well as proven functional expertise in this focus area of Success Factors is key.

You will have worked as an Integration Architect or Solutions Architect for a large consulting firm or multinational organisation with at least 3 SF EC implementations under your belt so bring industry-leading expertise to a major global project.

This position is headed by a Swiss team but you can work remotely in Switzerland or within European time zones.

English Language Experience Is Essential.
