Scientific Associate for Bioanalytics HPLC-MS/MS

Swiss BioQuant is a bioanalytical contract research organization located in Reinach (BL) specialized in LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding assays (ELISA). For external customers Swiss BioQuant develops and validates highly sensitive and specific HPLC-MS/MS and ligand-binding assay assays for quantitation of small and large molecules (therapeutic proteins, biopharmaceuticals) in various types of biological matrices from preclinical as well as from clinical studies.

In order to expand our HPLC-MS Group we are looking for a Scientific Associate.

Job Description

  • Development and validation of bioanalytical assays for the determination of drug levels (small molecules, therapeutic proteins, biopharmaceuticals) in biological matrices
  • Sample processing of non-clinical and clinical studies (non-regulated and regulated)
  • Operating of HPLC-MS/MS systems
  • Evaluation and documentation of study results
  • Preparation of SOPs
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment

Your Profile

  • Laboratory technician / bachelor or master in chemistry or equivalent, ideally with a background in bioanalysis
  • Experience in HPLC-MS/MS
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience to work in a regulated GxP environment would be a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
