We are currently looking for a scientist (m/f/d) to join our process development team for bioconjugates in Visp, Switzerland. In our team, you are responsible for the planning and execution of laboratory experiments and you collaborate closely with project teams.

We are looking for you if you are a great team player, have the necessary skillset, and like contributing to bring bioconjugate-based biopharmaceuticals to the patient!

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, perform and document laboratory experiments

  • Evaluate data for the preparation of reports or presentations

  • Provide scientific support to lab technicians to ensure scientifically sound execution of experiments

  • Support project leaders in the planning and organization of projects and experiments

Key requirements:

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in chemistry, biotechnology or a related field

  • Good understanding of general laboratory routines

  • Experience in protein handling, protein chromatography, filtration, and TFF is a plus

  • Sense of accuracy, quality, and initiative

  • Very flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong team work skills

  • Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic; solution-oriented

  • Fluent in German; good written and oral communication skills in English.
