Scrum Master vacancy for a globally operating Zug based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your Tasks
  • Coaching the teams to adopt and apply practices based on agile frameworks along with removing impediments to the team and the teams delivery
  • Establishing team dynamics, culture and mind-set, as well as enabling the team, the ART and all team members to reach their full potential
  • Facilitating a healthy relationship between the team and Product Owners and Protecting the team from non-value-add interference, interruption and especially distractions
  • Leading and facilitating team efforts in relentless enhancement, building a high performing team together with supporting the Product Owner to manage the backlog
  • Coaching the Product Owner to understand and practice agility and facilitating the Scrum events
  • Escalating and tracking impediments along with providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
Your Experience/knowledge
  • 3+ years of work experience as Scrum Master and with at least three different companies along with working in programs with numerous Scrum teams in a single program
  • Expertise in design sprints and design thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Lean and one or more agile scaling models like SAFe, LeSS or others
  • Finished university degree in Business, IT, Engineering or any other similar discipline

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team and stakeholders
