Das strategische Programm JointForces stellt die Weichen für die zukünftigen User Interface für die Maschinen von Bühler. Wir gestallten aktiv die Softwareplattform für über 200 verschiedenen Maschinen für die Produktion von Schokolade, Mehl, Kaffee, Futter, Cornflakes, Farben und vieles mehr. Helfen Sie mit das Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen.

Aufgaben

  • Als Scrum Master betreust du ein bis zwei Teams, die an der Plattform für das User Interface für unsere Maschinen entwickelt.
  • Du bist für zwei Teams verantwortlich und stimmst dich in den Scrum-Zermonien eng mit ihnen ab
  • Du unterstützt die Stakeholder beim Verständnis und der Umsetzung der Scrum-Methodik und der empirischen Produktentwicklung
  • Du leitest und coachst Stakeholder bei der Einführung der Scrum-Methodik
  • Du tauschst dich mit unseren Scrum Mastern aus, um Best Practices zu entwickeln.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen & Verhandlungsführung
  • Erfahrung in Beratung und Coaching von internen & externen Kollegen
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation von Meetings und Workshops

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

  • Du hast in einem Team mit gemischten Setup, remote und vor Ort gearbeitet
  • Du hast in internationalen Teams gearbeitet
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit SAFe gemacht
