Looking for a Scrum Master role in Switzerland?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a financial firm’s value stream requirement implementation team.
This is a 7-month contract with a daily rate of 1000+ CHF and a hybrid working model.

As a Scrum Master, you will work with two agile teams in Value Stream D (planning, testing, deployment, and support towards delivery), supervising and coaching them to work autonomously in agile processes.
Main tasks:
- Program Increment planning, Pre and Post Increment Prep
- Plan and Lead daily scrum meetings
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience with SAFe
- Good conflict management skills
- Fluent German.
