To strengthen our Group Security & Cyber Office (GSCO) team globally, we are looking for a:

SECURITY PROJECT SPECIALIST / MANAGER

ROLE

  • Manage and lead to success SICPA security projects and initiatives end-to-end (from the project design phase to the deployment and hand-over to operations).
  • Adapt to exciting, fast-paced security projects of varied nature, expanding to areas such as cybersecurity, threat intelligence, physical security and human protection, with a focus on innovation and new technologies.
  • Project Scope Management - formulate and define scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with the sponsor and business lead, and ensure communication of project goals, schedule baselines, and business direction to all identified stakeholders.
  • Project Stakeholder / Communication Management - identify all relevant project stakeholders and establish an appropriate communication plan to manage their requirements.
  • Project Risk Management - actively manage risks by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Project Planning, Tracking, Control & Reporting - create baseline project schedules and track the completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones. Provide accurate, timely and fit for purpose project status reports using established norms and reporting tools of the portfolio.
  • Project Delivery - deliver projects on time, on budget, within quality limits, and with the expected benefits, as defined at project initiation and baseline gates, and through controlled and documented change management throughout project delivery, as needed.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and in successfully managing various security projects.
  • Good understanding of cyber technology, security concepts and processes.
  • Project Management: PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, IT security technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in working with threat intelligence and SOC teams is a plus.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for effective team management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent soft management and communication skills with ability to work in a global team of diverse skills and within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to stimulate positive and reliable work attitude when confronting with high pressure business situations.
  • Very good knowledge of English and French. Other languages are always an asset.
