Your Mission
You’ll be a driving force in our Mid-Market, DACH Sales team as we strive to become a home for all brands to thrive in. You’ll know our value prop, use cases, and product like the back of your hand (maybe even better). With your consultative selling approach you’ll take over our inbound and outbound leads while also driving self-sourced leads for your sales pipeline. Your aim is to get deals over the finish line!

Your Story
  • You have 5+ years of hands-on, SaaS sales experience – with around 3-4 of those years spent in a closing role.
  • You have experience working at high-growth, SaaS, scaleup companies (bonus points if they were Martech). At these companies, you’ve sold to the mid-market communities.
  • You’re no stranger to managing a pipeline of deals (via HubSpot), forecasting, and driving business from demo to close.
  • You know how to identify customer segments and new opportunities to grow sales pipeline.
  • You are experienced in selling complex software solutions to clients.
  • You’re a person that demonstrates consistent achievement – if not over-achievement – of revenue targets.
  • You’ve got a flair for branding, marketing, and/or agencies.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • You’re passionate about the SaaS world and like to work with cutting-edge technologies.
  • You take a high degree of ownership of your work and enjoy working autonomously.
  • Your friends would describe you as honest, innovative, and proactive.
  • You speak German proficiently – any other language is a plus.
  • You can join our team in Switzerland or remotely from Germany.
