Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the implementation of MS Teams in the entire organisation, from conceptualisation of different elements (file sharing, communication, collaboration) up to deployment and implementation of the system
  • You create technical and user documentation as well as e-Learnings
  • You are first point of contact to collaborate with other process streams to ensure proper incorporation of integration points
  • You provide end-user trainings for MS Teams Unified Communication (UC), Collaboration, Conference, and File Sharing modules, and give technical support
  • You ensure industry, legal and security compliance

Your experiences

  • Trained software engineer or degree in business informatics with 6+ years’ experience in project management and implementation of communication tools (chat, phone, collaboration, ODFB, SharePoint etc.)
  • Proven track record as Application Consultant or Application responsible
  • Strong analytical skills combined with good communication skills and customer-orientation
  • Structured, self-driven, adaptive, and innovative work style
  • Fluency in English and German
