Senior Assistant - Global Audit Insurance

Your contribution to KPMG


  • Audit consolidated and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS principles accounting standards on-site at our clients’ premises
  • Examine the international clients’ business processes and workflows
  • Hone your technical expertise working on complex topics and transactions, including the implementation of IFRS 17/9
  • Learn to apply advanced technology and data & analytics to deliver a "next generation audit" through the Digital Auditor program
  • Coordinate the day-to-day business of the audit team in collaboration with the client in order to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members as their first point of contact
  • Play an active role to establish a collaborative environment, team culture and client service mindset among the audit team

This is what makes you successful


  • Master or Bachelor Degree (Major in Accounting or Finance)
  • CPA (completed / or on the way to completion)
  • 3 - 4 years of professional experience with group audit engagements and focus on financial services or insurance clients (is a plus)
  • Experience in external audit combined with strong knowledge of US GAAP & US GAAS and US audit methodology and/or IFRS & ISA (is a must)
  • Fluent in English - French or German is a plus
  • You are talented with numbers, detail oriented, work well under pressure and have a client focus
