In this role, you will support our clients on Romandie financial market on financial market risk and regulatory issues, together within our FSI Risk and Regulatory Assurance team and in collaboration across the firm.

You will advice and audit in the areas of risk management and regulations (credit, liquidity, market, operational risk, ESG).

In addition, you will be a core member of the team. You will support with market development campaigns and offers, be involved in the publication of studies and articles, support our auditors during the "Busy Season" as Subject Matter Expert for certain areas of the prudential audits and participate in the delivery of internal and external trainings.

  • Provide risk and regulatory assurance and auditing services to our portfolio of international and local banking clients across key topics for the financial services industry
  • Be part of a highly motivated and ambitious team with extensive expertise in Swiss and European financial market rules and regulations, that will support your professional and personal development
  • Assume responsibility and have direct client contact from day one
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities

Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university or FH) in law, economics or business administration
  • 2-5 years of professional experience financial services is required (i.e. banking, asset management, internal audit or risk management)
  • Willingness to successfully complete the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) within 1.5 years and/or ACAMS
  • Knowledge of FINMA regulatory requirements and the main key areas of risk management for banks
  • Excellent knowledge of French and very good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of German or other languages are a plus
