Job Description

You will be joining a global team of 30 auditors with a variety of backgrounds, languages and experience. We offer exciting opportunities to develop your auditing skill-set in a high-stakes and visible role with extensive front to back contacts.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage individual audit assignments from the planning, fieldwork and delivering high quality findings and recommendations
  • Interact professionally with senior management in private banking, market and support functions
  • Identify areas for improvement in controls and identify when regulations are not being properly implemented
  • Apply sound internal audit techniques and be able to document conclusions clearly and accurately

Skills and experience

  • 5-8 years internal audit experience in either big 4 environment or internal audit function of a Swiss bank
  • Fluency with FINMA regulations. Other jurisdictions a bonus
  • University degree in economics, accounting or law. Chartered Accountant or Chartered Internal Auditor qualification a plus
  • Proven delivery in complex internal audit engagements
  • Strong communicating skills and ability to manage differences of opinion satisfactorily
  • English language proficiency (other Swiss official languages a bonus)
  • Ability to travel within Switzerland and internationally (max 25%)
