An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Business Analyst working on the Large and Anomalous Payments Control workstream within the Payments Control & Enhancement Program (PCEP).

The Payments Control and Enhancements Program (PCEP) was established to reduce payments risk and provide a more holistic approach and framework to payments management and processing within the bank. As a multi-year Top Program with executive sponsorship, PCEP’s four key objectives are to:
1. Reduce the risk of erroneous payments leaving the bank
2. Ensure payment capabilities are resilient and secure
3. Enhance payments control framework
4. Assess end of service life issues in payment applications.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for a Business Analyst /Program Manager with proven experience in:

  • Driving business analysis and root cause analysis of high profile Bank-wide Payment processes.
  • Performing bank-wide review and read-across organizations (Operations, Divisions and other partner groups) to understand issues and impact.
  • Conducting analysis of payments process and perform gap analysis with the target payment system (LAPC)
  • Proposing activities in conjunction with PCEP, IT, Change and Business SMEs.
  • Liaising with key functions in work stream– Product Manager, Test Manager, Planning, Business Roll Out.
  • Managing production of thematic recommendations and formulate proposals to take forward to senior program stakeholders.
  • Definition of implementation roadmap for recommendations.
  • Presenting report findings to senior business partners on a frequent basis.
