The ArrowResources group of companies is an integrated commodities trading house, actively trading base metals, concentrates, ores, natural gas, LNG, power, crude oil and oil products.

Job Summary
As a part of our continued expansion, Arrow Metals requires the services of a Senior Business Developer – Battery Materials to join our Sales Team based at our Office in Switzerland or Singapore.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing innovative sales and business development strategies to promote growth of our European NiSO4 Production
  • Prospecting new NiSO4 customers in a young, and fast-growing industry primarily in Europe, but also in Asia and the United States
  • Developing Strategic Partnerships with EV Manufacturing companies
  • Managing Sales cycle from prospecting, offering, negotiating and closing Sales contracts, to ensuring the continued satisfaction of new and existing customers
  • Developing industry insight and knowledge, through analysis of relevant competitor and industry data, attending trade shows, conferences when required
  • Ensuring adherence to a sales process through close collaboration with Operations, Risk and Finance teams
  • Monitoring market trends to capitalize on new opportunities

Requirements:
  • 7-15 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of battery market which specific focus on Nickel and Cobalt
  • Strong exposure and network in automotive industry
  • Strong network of industry and government contacts
  • Strong technical knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery cell chemistry and packs / modules, to work with PhD, Engineers, CTO’s, CEO’s
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally (20-50%)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis
