Your field of responsibility

The role offers you a unique platform for personal and professional development in a fast-paced environment where you contribute to shape a key competence center of the Swiss Bank.

In this dynamic team, your primary responsibilities will be to design, implemented and manage the Swiss Bank’s Client Due Diligence training framework support to apply an exemplary control and compliance culture. You will curate and partly deliver regular KYC/AML classroom & webinar trainings. A special area of responsibility is to identify AML related regulatory and bank internal policy and procedural changes and initiate and lead learning and communication measures. In addition, you will create state-of-the-art AML related content for stakeholders. Finally, you should be passionate about partnering with various stakeholders across the bank on all seniority levels, identifying improvement areas and actively driving you book of work.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for
  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Regulatory compliance and/or Political Science. A further education as Trainer would be a clear asset (e.g. SVEB certificate)
  • At least +5 years of experience in training design and delivery within Risk/Compliance, related projects, or Business Management, Learning & People Development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills as well as a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes in a fast pace working environment, combined with a Project Management skillset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German. French and Italian are an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask is a requirement to fulfill the mandate
  • A positive, forward-thinking personality and can-do attitude with a dedicated interest towards AML topics, combined with a strong client focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Teams)
