Your field of responsibility


An exciting and relevant senior position in the International Wealth Management (IWM) Division within Divisional First Line of Defense Support and Centers of Competence (IWM FLDS & CoC). A role where you can support the department in defining, elaborating and executing the IWM FLDS & CoC‘s strategic plan together with the management team
The opportunity to drive key IWM FLDS & CoC activities in close collaboration with senior front representatives across all business divisions and coverage markets and to steer the management agenda of IWM FLDS & CoC within the COO organization. You have the responsibility for the delivery of high quality business support to the Head IWM FLDS & CoC, including budgeting and cost management, communication, meeting management, HR and organizational development and team building. You have the possibility to manage Committees led by IWM FLDS & CoC and prepare the Department’s contributions to a range of important Boards and Committees. You have the chance to interface between senior management, the business areas, the front office teams and control functions within the second line of defense, to ensure efficient partnership and alignment. Your skills and experience


A problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, a team player who has the ability to foster positive relationships across a wide range of very senior partners. You have:

  • A university degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent higher education
  • Gained a minimum of 7 years working experience in the Financial Services industry in Private Banking and/or a Business Management/COO/Chief of Staff function, ideally with Business Risk Management or First Line of Defense experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills including the ability to manage senior partners effectively
  • A high level of proactivity and solution orientation, enthusiasm, ability to prioritize effectively and a positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to work under time pressure in a high velocity environment
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English, any other language would be an asset
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
