Job SummaryJob DescriptionThe Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for understanding business processes, capturing business and functional requirements, promoting, and proposing industry leading business practices, designing, and configuring systems/applications, which are essential to key business functions and processes. The BSA will collaborate with end users to understand their business processes and define, design, develop, configure, and test solutions meeting the needs of users. Additionally, the BSA will lead the implementation and utilization of applications/systems to scale business operations, improve existing practices and address new business requirements.Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and documentation of cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors, as appropriate.
• Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Execute against agreed-upon commitments to deliver success.
• Support data driven decision-making; should have ability to work independently on project deliverables.
• Advises on solutions prepared by peers or supporting team, and champions good design practices.
• Support team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates pertaining to solution delivery.
• Convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications.
• Develop functional designs for applications, integrations and conversions.
• Ability to work on multiple functional areas and integrations with third party products.
• Champions sustainable, forward-looking functional design & architecture.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user requirements .

Minimum Qualifications And ExperienceMinimum & Nice to have Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong hands on Implementation experience in the following – Oracle EBS R12 GL, AP, PUR, AR, FA, CE, Cost Management and EB-Tax.
• Strong knowledge of Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Strong experience in Oracle’s Sub-Ledger Accounting Application otherwise called ‘Financials Common Modules’ and experience with creating Custom SLA (Sub-Ledger Accounting) Rules as deemed necessary based on Business requirements.
• Experience with Implementing and Supporting Oracle EBS in a Manufacturing environment entailing expertise on Revenue Recognition, Cost of Goods Sold, Transfer Price / Markup, Drop Ship- Intercompany Flows and related Accounting processes.
• Familiarity with overall Accounting Processes and flows and financial concepts such as Cost Plus vs. Buy/Sell Entities.
• Broad knowledge of other Oracle/ERP modules and functionality.
• Well versed with SDLC, Agile methodology, Oracle AIM, and Oracle OUM, preparing BR100, MD050 and TE040 from the business requirements.

Nice To Have Qualifications/Experience

• Experience with the following additional Oracle Modules is as a major plus.
• Oracle Advanced Collections
• Oracle Channel Rebates Management
• Experience in Implementing / Supporting some Oracle Cloud based Applications such as the ones below would be an added plus +
• Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Services),
• FARCS (Financial Accounting and Reporting Cloud Services),
• Oracle GRC (i.e. Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance) with focus on Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) and ETCG (Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor)
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
• Working knowledge of XML Publisher Report development.
• Working knowledge of Coupa, Concur, Host, BlackLine.

Education

• Bachelors of Science degree preferably in a related field or equivalent
• Oracle Certifications
