Blue Earth Capital is an independent global impact investment firm, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland with operations in New York and London. What It’s About

In this position, you will be part of the client solutions team and will be responsible for building new and broadening existing relationships with institutional clients across Europe. This position includes managing existing and developing new relationships and fundraising opportunities in the region and demands a high degree of collaboration with the global BlueEarth team. In your role, your primary tasks will include:
  • Working within the client relationship management team in fundraising across closed-ended funds and mandates as well as in day-to-day tasks
  • Developing and managing relationships with existing and new institutional clients
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates
  • Map out investor landscape, plan and undertake regular cold call campaigns
  • Supporting the on-boarding process for clients, involving liaising with both internal and external counterparties
  • Understand key competitors’ offerings and know how to best position Partners Group’s solutions
  • Becoming an expert in impact private markets and BlueEarth’s platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
What We Expect

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial industry, and 8-10 years of experience in working within the institutional client space. For this position we are looking for someone who works well in an entrepreneurial organization and someone who possesses strong networking & organization skills. Key attributes will include:
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA, Master’s and/or CFA preferred) with strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics or a relevant discipline
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience (preferably in private markets industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship management
  • Previous experience within the fund selection and institutional sales departments of Asset Managers, Private Banking, or Private Markets, is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and identifying/converting new clients with a track record of fundraising success
  • Familiarity with alternatives with a focus on close-ended products would be a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in business English – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a polished, professional manner
  • Attention to detail, extremely organized, and commitment to excellence. Able to problem solve with a client-focused mindset
  • Responsive and willing to work to tight deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
