We are currently looking for a

Senior Communications Specialist for the Internal Bern Site Communication and Global Engineering (m/f/d)

As a successful Senior Communications Specialist for the Internal Bern Site Communication and the Global Engineering Team , you are responsible for employees and leadership communication activities for the Leadership Team in Bern and Global Engineering. Like this, you position our strong corporate brand.

Responsibilities

As a strategic communications counsel & advisor for Bern departments, diverse local projects and the Global Engineering function, your responsibilities furthermore include
  • Collaboration with the departments and project teams at our site and the global communications team
  • Building and maintaining stories and content that are strategically aligned to help deliver content to employees within the Bern site and Global Engineering
  • Ensuring continuous content contribution in specific area of responsibilities for CSL Group’s “owned” multimedia publishing channels (i.e. Vita news hub, CSL News, CSL NOW employee app, etc.) for both internal and external stakeholders/audiences
  • Establishing and tracking metrics and analytics
  • Maintaining CSL Behring’s Swiss website in three languages (GER, EN, FR)
  • Writing, editing and managing strategic communications materials
  • Developing and implementing policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
  • Providing communication consultation, training and templates to business leaders to facilitate communications and to follow our branding guidelines.
You are an innovative thinker who deeply understands business acumen and contributes to joint business success. With your strong ability to ask right questions, listen and understand your business stakeholders and audience’s needs, you successfully identify effective and attractive wording. You drive for effectivity and purpose.

Furthermore, You Possess The Following Competencies
  • Universities degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a closely related field and ideally further advanced, progressive professional development training
  • 5 years-plus years of progressive experience in private and/or public sector communications is required including a strong public relations experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong presentation but diplomatic presence
  • Fluent in German (speaking and writing) and Business-fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Adobe Acrobat Programs and solid work experience in design programs such as Canva and InDesign
  • Demonstrated writing, editing and creative skills
  • Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
  • Proactive and reliable team player, who approaches others by creating a positive and trustful environment, ability to inspire others and at all times exemplifying CSL employee brand and values
