Leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights, we support clients to design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, organizational and change programs in business transformations.Our Human Capital Consulting team is looking for a new team member to join the growing Workforce Transformation team to support both Mergers & Acquisitions projects, as well as broader transformation projects which impact employees.How You Can Make An Impact
  • Support organization leaders and senior management addressing their key business challenges and delivering clear outcomes for their workforce transformations
  • Participate in the end-to-end integration processes from performing due diligence, creating an integration plan and organizing Day One.
  • Address business human capital questions in an analytical manner and producing a plan to successfully bring our clients’ human capital strategies to life
  • Engage with experienced and motivated consultants and managers with diverse areas of expertise who are eager to share their experience and coach you
Who We Are Looking For
  • Strong academic background with a Master’s or MBA from a reputable university
  • You have experience in various areas of the Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle, especially with people-centric transformation projects
  • You have strong project management experience
  • You are able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and written, in English
  • You are happy to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
  • You are confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks, and “thinking out of the box”
  • You are a team player with an enthusiastic, positive, ’can do’ attitude, who loves working with people
  • You are an independent worker, taking initiative and happy taking on responsibility
