- 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Digital HR
- Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering HRIS Strategy, HR Service delivery and HR Shared Services
- Experience in Change Management for HR function and/or Experience in either SAP Success Factors or Service Now
- Readiness to learn and develop new skills
- Solid project management skills, strong presentation skills and client-oriented attitude
- Strong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and regions
- Proficiency in English and German/Swiss German is a must
- International multi-cultural team of highly motivated professionals
