As a Senior Digital Content Manager, you will be driving the @Nestlé social media presence strategically with corporate communications priorities. In this role you will develop compelling and engaging messaging and creative digital content with an audience first approach highlighting Nestlé’s actions and leadership on key topics, connecting with and engaging both consumers and stakeholder audiences.

A day in the life of Senior Digital Content Manager
  • Coach and lead direct reports to develop compelling and engaging digital content and set the digital editorial calendar in conjunction with major 360 communications campaigns as well as real-time opportunities to highlight key message
  • Play a key role in developing the content approach for paid media strategies across @Nestlé channels to drive brand favorability with consumers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns including day-to-day planning and execution, integration with events, and post-launch optimization.
  • Provide insight and direction to Nestlé’s broader digital communications community, including R&D, talent acquisition, and other teams across the business to facilitate a cohesive digital approach across @Nestlé channels
  • Collaborate with digital teams in key markets to support global content roll-out, provide tools, and build capabilities to deliver on Nestlé’s corporate communications priorities locally.
  • Assess the success of digital content through insights and performance data and use consumer feedback loops to improve targeting, messaging, content formats, and themes
  • Provide counsel and partnership to teams in Public Affairs, Media Relations, and Crisis Communications on effective digital communication strategies and tactics
  • Manage digital team collaboration channels, including onboarding, trainings, and check-ins with individual team members and incorporating information from other teams and departments

What Will Make You Successful
  • 10+ years experience working in digital communications.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategies, including in-depth experience managing organizational social media accounts
  • A strong record of delivering engaging digital content that drives brand building
  • Experience managing the end-to-end digital content development, deployment, and measurement
  • High organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal styles
  • Drive to work hard and learn fast, especially in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment
