  • In this role, you will proactively bring your visionary mindset to bear and influence structures and processes in the area of Digital Solutions
  • You drive the digital transformation for customer solutions in the area of Industry 4.0
  • As a Senior Digital Transformation Manager, you will act as a sparring partner to the CDO and your management colleagues. Your goal is to develop new business models and to cover the market segment even better.
  • You represent SKAN AG at international trade fairs and congresses and are happy to share technical presentations with your extroverted personality
Hardskills
  • University degree, e.g. in automation technology, business informatics, pharmaceuticals or medtech (university of applied sciences/university) or corresponding further training MAS/CAS
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medtech sector
  • Experience in digital transformation and automation is ideal
  • Sales experience
  • Fluent in German and English
Softskills
  • Proactive, extroverted doer personality with a visionary mindset
  • Competent appearance and hands-on mentality
  • You are enthusiastic about digital transformation and have innovative ideas to drive it forward
  • Willingness to travel worldwide approx. 50%
